  • Design and evaluate surveys to test hypotheses and deepen audience understanding
  • Audit social channels to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Build measurement frameworks, benchmarking, and reporting to inform future strategies
  • Create thought-leadership pieces on audience behaviors and emerging trends
