The Senior Site Specialist will utilize inventory/order management electronic systems to perform on-site program replenishments, disbursements, receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry and expediting, customer service call resolution, product returns, and backorder processing. They will also perform laboratory services such as order delivery, glassware processing, biological waste processing, chemical inventory receipt/reconciliation, and media preparation, analyze and maintain reports to meet contractual requirements, proactively address customer concerns, engage in safety programs, and participate in process improvement activities. Additionally, the role involves working primarily at customer sites and utilizing organizational skills to multi-task and meet due dates as needed.
