Responsibilities

Deliver consulting, coaching, and training that help clients solve real-world business challenges using Minitab solutions
Partner with customers to identify opportunities, model processes, and deliver impactful simulations
Present Minitab’s core and advanced training courses at customer sites and virtual sessions worldwide
Collaborate across teams — Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing — to ensure seamless customer experiences
Refine training content, and drive continuous improvement in our service delivery
Represent Minitab at industry conferences and client events
