Responsibilities

  • Deliver consulting, coaching, and training that help clients solve real-world business challenges using Minitab solutions
  • Partner with customers to identify opportunities, model processes, and deliver impactful simulations
  • Present Minitab’s core and advanced training courses at customer sites and virtual sessions worldwide
  • Collaborate across teams — Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing — to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Refine training content, and drive continuous improvement in our service delivery
  • Represent Minitab at industry conferences and client events
