Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with eGRC Platforms such as SNOW GRC and Archer
  • 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience with ServiceNow IRM and ServiceNow TPRM modules
  • 2+ years of experience in the design, configure, and implement workflows, policies, and controls within ServiceNow GRC applications
  • 2+ years of proficiency in JSON and JavaScript for scripting and occasional customization within ServiceNow
  • Prior experience with RSA Archer platform administration and configuration
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform architecture and integration capabilities
  • Knowledge of broader GRC processes, including policy management, issue management, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment juggling multiple initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, open-mindedness, and ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Understanding of industry regulations, compliance frameworks, risk frameworks, and leading risk, compliance, and resilience standards
  • Proven team player and team builder
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience)

Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules to meet stakeholder needs
  • Ensure internal platform configuration standards are met
  • Design, configure, and implement workflows, policies, and controls within ServiceNow GRC applications
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and integration capabilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow configurations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and maintain documentation of ServiceNow configurations and workflows
  • Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow configurations and workflows
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance frameworks, risk frameworks, and leading risk, compliance, and resilience standards
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
