Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and client engagement for Virtual B2B Payments in collaboration with cross-functional partners
  • Provide technical expertise, project management, and support to the VCS Client Service Delivery team
  • Optimize platform performance, drive supportability, prioritize client problem resolution, and align external communications
  • Partner with Product teams to shape go-to-market strategies, contribute to product roadmaps, enhancement requests, and migration plans
  • Develop artifacts such as transition plans, implementation guides, training, client communications, and FAQs
  • Assess and lead initiatives impacting clients and client-facing staff, ensuring communication objectives are met and impacts mitigated
  • Liaise with Product and Technology teams to identify transition, support, and implementation requirements
  • Assist with training and advise internal teams on product functionality
  • Coordinate with teams to capture requirements, define scope, and identify implementation strategies for complex client data services
  • Perform impact assessments and implement methodologies for analyzing and communicating change
  • Oversee programs and action plans, aligning VCS Client Service Delivery with key Visa stakeholders
  • Manage projects to deploy and enhance the VCS support model, capabilities, and client service
  • Provide consulting and technical expertise for effective implementation approaches and service delivery
