Requirements

  • Strong track record as an SAP HCM Consultant specialising in Time Management (PT)
  • Proven configuration expertise in schemas, rules (PE01/PE02), time types, quotas, public holiday calendars
  • In-depth understanding of integration between Time and Payroll, with awareness of Finance and HR reporting impacts
  • Delivery experience across end-to-end SAP programmes, ideally including Greenfield or H4S4 transitions
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, Solution Manager, and test/defect tools (Tricentis, Jira, qTest)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • SAP Certified Application Associate – HCM Time Management or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience with SAP HANA-based Time Management and SuccessFactors Time Tracking (advantageous, preferred)
  • Exposure to third-party time recording solutions (e.g. Kronos, xAtlas) (preferred)
  • SC or DV clearance highly desirable for Defence/Government projects (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops to capture requirements for time recording, absence, overtime, shifts, and calendars; translate into robust SAP Time solutions
  • Configure schemas, rules, time types, quotas, work schedules, and calendars; ensure alignment with statutory and client-specific needs
  • Deliver seamless integration with Payroll (PY), Organisational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and external time capture devices
  • Define WRICEF requirements for time processes, manage functional specs, and collaborate with technical teams on delivery
  • Drive testing strategy for Time; support SIT, UAT, and payroll parallel runs; reconcile variances between Time and Payroll
  • Support migration of time balances and related data; assure readiness through mocks and cutover rehearsals
  • Produce configuration documentation, process flows, and training material; deliver knowledge transfer to client HR and IT teams
  • Provide best-practice advisory, highlighting optimisation opportunities and roadmap considerations for H4S4 and SuccessFactors Time
