Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP Controlling, with a strong background in SAP ECC and S/4HANA
  • Proven experience leading SAP CO migrations and implementations
  • Expertise in cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, and profitability analysis
  • Strong understanding of data migration strategies and tools for SAP S/4HANA
  • Ability to manage and optimize controlling processes aligned with business goals
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • SAP S/4HANA Controlling Certification (preferred)
  • PMP or ITIL Certification (optional but beneficial)

Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP S/4HANA migration projects with a focus on SAP Controlling (CO)
  • Analyze, design, and implement SAP CO solutions for cost controlling, profitability analysis, and internal reporting
  • Ensure alignment of controlling processes with financial and operational business strategies
  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance reporting capabilities and analytics
  • Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation for controlling data
  • Provide guidance on integration with other SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, and PP
  • Drive continuous improvements and best practices in SAP Controlling
  • Conduct training sessions and support end-user adoption
