Responsibilities

  • Leading hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Responsible for Salesforce roadmap, strategy and architecture
  • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and develop project plans for Salesforce implementations and enhancements
  • Maintain data integrity, import sales department leads, contacts, and other data, and perform database maintenance tasks
  • Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the Salesforce platform
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce processes, changes, and best practices
  • Build custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support business decision-making
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging trends
