Responsibilities

  • Strategic Thinking: Provide a long-term plan for the growth of the region which will guide all monthly and quarterly activities
  • Collaborative: Work with other company resources to implement the strategic plan through an effective sales engagement process
  • Financial Command: Provide accurate and ongoing financial forecasting that meets both short-term and long-term growth goals
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to ensure all business and technical goals are met, and customer satisfaction goals are achieved. Work with prospects in the region to generate demand, create pipeline, and acquire new customers
  • Create a strategy based on the addressable market, align the needed resources to support that strategy (internal teams, channel, distribution), and work cross-functionally to deliver solutions
  • Act as the primary sales interface to customers and prospects in the Southern EMEA region, driving growth in Advanced Technologies suite of solutions
