Experience leading cross-functional teams and people management experience are considered a plus.
The Senior Sales Manager will lead sales efforts at Target and Ulta, owning revenue and gross sales strategies. They will build and manage buyer relationships, collaborate with customers to foster partnerships, and strategically plan and execute annual business plans.
