Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software company and 3 years of experience implementing and configuring Identity Governance and Access Management solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of technical infrastructure including application servers, databases, virtualization, and web services. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar, and hands-on experience with REST APIs are required. Experience with LDAP, SQL, and SAP is a plus. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred. Fluency in French is mandatory, and a good level of English is necessary. Proximity to Paris is a strong advantage, and Spain is also an option.

Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Engineer will collaborate with direct and channel sales teams to articulate the value of SailPoint solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, focusing on Identity Security, Access Management, ITDR, and Data Access Governance. Key duties include leading product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations, identifying customer requirements, presenting the company's value proposition, and providing technical sales enablement to in-region sales engineers. The role also involves contributing to marketing and prospecting efforts through content creation and idea generation, participating in events in France, and providing feedback to the Product Management team for product enhancements.
