Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Instructional Design or a related role
Experience supporting sales onboarding and enablement programs using various delivery methods (e.g., virtual, in-person, on-demand)
Familiarity with common sales processes and roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity
Passion for sales, learning, and enabling others to succeed
Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

Develop deep knowledge of Dragos solutions and assist in creating sales enablement content, curriculum and tools
Support the design and delivery of the 30/60/90-day onboarding plan for new hires, including in-person training, e-learning, peer mentorship and assessments
Coordinate post-onboarding reinforcement programs to ensure retention and application of training concepts
Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to gather materials, update content and ensure accuracy and relevance
Maintain, organize, and archive training content, ensuring resources remain current and accessible
Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to track sales effectiveness metrics and provide insights for improvement
Assist with other enablement projects and initiatives as needed
