Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition: Lead commercial strategy, outreach, positioning, and pitching efforts to acquire new contracted consumer panel clients from a designated list of multi-national FMCG clients, including partnering with regional ADs, tailoring pitch materials, leveraging pilots and best practices, negotiating, and aligning with in-market new business functions
  • Matrix working: Collaborate across the organization, partnering with regional/global AD community, working in lead and support capacities with CPS Commercial leadership, and collaborating with Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams to realize Consumer Panel Services potential and land innovations
  • Business performance & results: Take accountability for personal revenue targets, strategize prospects and wins across time horizons, develop a healthy pipeline of short-term opportunities, participate in decision-making, and maintain high visibility across functions
  • Expertise & credibility: Establish and elevate NIQ as the Consumer & shopper partner of choice, drive exposure of thought leadership, build empathetic connections with senior client stakeholders, and leverage internal partnerships with SA&I and Digital verticals for Full View Consumer impact
  • Pipeline management & forecasting: Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities (ad-hoc and contractual), accurately forecast revenue using tools like Microsoft Dynamics, and ensure timely documentation for bi-weekly processes
