Responsibilities

  • Developing and refining sales and commercial processes, templates, and methodologies to ensure consistency, efficiency, and best-practice adoption across the organization
  • Supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of sales and commercial tools and systems, enabling data-driven decision making and improved business performance
  • Preparing, analyzing, and distributing portfolio-level reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and visibility for senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating governance activities, including process audits, compliance reporting, and corrective actions, to maintain alignment with organizational standards
  • Facilitating after-action reviews and lessons learned initiatives to embed continuous improvement and strengthen commercial delivery
