Responsibilities

  • Employ innovative strategies to generate leads (e.g., broker engagement, marketing campaigns, direct outreach, networking)
  • Address daily inbound inquiries by phone, email, form submission, and in person
  • Use needs assessments and tours to assist prospective clients in evaluating LSIC
  • Act as a key figure, alongside the General Manager, in establishing external community relationships
  • Conduct tours for potential clients and informative groups (e.g., student bodies, visiting delegations)
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee their experience at LSIC, including adapting to evolving business needs (e.g., changing office space requirements)
  • Intentionally build network of client, partner, and industry contacts for potential partnerships and market intelligence; join relevant associations and participate in industry events
  • Collaborate with the leadership team in Osaka to sell products/services, enhance CIC & LSIC's visibility and reputation, generate leads, attract new clients, and sustain support
