Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (data analytics/data management or organizational change management) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in organizational change management role and/or in a deployment planning role
  • Solid SAP background (ideally in the Procure to Pay space)
  • Experience in Agile methodology (creation of features and user stories, backlog management)
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Highly motivated and willing to learn and take on new challenges
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment
  • Demonstrated success with establishing and development of relationships across client and/or stakeholder teams
  • Ability to work with/summarize/interpret large amounts of data
  • Some Software Training development experience preferred
  • Expert Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Project, Excel (incl. Pivots) and PowerPoint) – required
  • Ability to travel up to 5%, domestic

Responsibilities

  • Planning and managing Organizational Change Management (OCM)
  • Planning and supporting Global deployments in relation to RTP (Request to Pay) Transformation
  • Coordinating deployment schedules
  • Analyzing resource allocation
  • Ensuring efficient and effective project execution in support of the Global Roadmap
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance deployment processes and support project management activities
  • Collaborating globally and cross-functionally with various partners across different business functions to understand business processes
  • Formulating change management strategies
  • Performing impact assessments
  • Facilitating communication initiatives
  • Developing, delivering and managing communication, stakeholder engagement, adoption plans
  • Integrating change management activities into project plans
  • Ensuring that information is communicated to impacted audiences throughout the duration of the program
  • Maintaining outstanding relationships with business partners and anticipating partner needs (proactive vs. reactive)
  • Preparing and presenting to leadership current state and future state analyses, cutover and deployment strategies
  • Establishing Global deployment plans/schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT and Business Teams)
  • Utilizing process improvement, system implementation, and project management skills to innovate, support in the implementation of solutions, and contribute to global transformation projects
  • Leading by example displaying GM behaviors, commitment to personal development and dedication to building a positive Workplace of Choice culture
