Requirements

4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or a related analytical field, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
Strong reporting and analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Salesforce (required)
Experience with Looker, Gong, and ZoomInfo a plus
Comfort working with large datasets and translating them into actionable business recommendations
Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a bias toward execution

Responsibilities

Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to design and scale a best-in-class revenue operations system that drives visibility and alignment across the customer journey
Ensure data integrity: Support Finance and leadership by maintaining a reliable CRM foundation that enables accurate, dynamic revenue forecasting and reporting
Enable executive decision-making: Build and maintain dashboards that surface actionable insights across the funnel, empowering GTM teams and executives to make data-driven decisions
Streamline GTM processes: Improve lead routing, opportunity management, and customer handoffs to reduce friction and improve conversion efficiency across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Support GTM planning: Partner with Sales and RevOps leadership on operational initiatives such as territory design, quota assignments, compensation plans, and renewals forecasting
Be a systems and process owner: Serve as a trusted resource for sales reps and managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and proactively identifying opportunities for efficiency
Deliver analytical insights: Analyze large and sometimes incomplete datasets to surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities; conduct scenario modeling to inform go-to-market and resourcing decisions
Support leadership reporting: Provide ad hoc analyses and executive-ready deliverables in response to evolving business priorities, including board-level reporting needs
