Requirements

Candidates should possess a CPA, preferably with experience from a Big 4 or national firm, and a minimum of seven years of experience in revenue accounting, with a strong preference for SaaS/software experience. Deep expertise in ASC 606 and technical accounting documentation, along with strong business acumen and communication skills, are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Revenue Manager will own revenue recognition under ASC 606, including contract review and technical memo preparation, analyze standard and non-standard agreements for performance obligations and SSP analysis, partner with Legal and Sales on deal structuring and compliance, mentor and lead team members while building scalable revenue processes, and ensure audit readiness and internal control compliance.
