Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of national account management experience in the UK, ideally within consumer electronics. A proven track record of managing revenue and retail marketing budgets is essential, along with deep knowledge of UK and Irish retail channels. Strong skills in data analysis, forecasting, retail POS tools, communication, negotiation, and relationship management are required, as is a solid understanding of trade terms, NLFs, and retailer systems. Fluency in English is necessary, and applicants must be based in the UK.

Responsibilities

The Senior Retail National Account Manager will manage and grow the devices business in retail across the UK and Ireland by developing retailer partnerships and executing joint business plans to drive net revenue and sell-through. This role involves owning customer relationships, delivering against revenue and margin targets, negotiating terms and promotional investments, and collaborating with internal teams for localized campaigns and new product launches. The manager will also lead forecasting, POS tracking, sales analytics, and ensure optimal in-store and online execution, acting as the internal voice of the customer.
