Responsibilities

Support managing and delivering R&D activities across the R&D department
Focus on new product development and advanced development projects
Assume responsibility for various aspects of the product’s lifecycle, including material changes, process improvement, regulatory submissions, shelf-life studies, responding to sales & marketing requests, and returned product investigations
Provide technical leadership and take ownership of critical technical tasks in the execution of product development projects
Acquire in-depth knowledge of current products from a technical point of view: design, materials, performances, manufacturing process
Design new products, optimise product performance, and refine product design to meet technical specifications and unit cost target
Build and test prototypes, analyse and report test data, and interpret to identify optimal solution(s)
Identify and manage key risks throughout the product lifecycle
