Responsibilities

Support the centralized receipt of customer mail for Fidelity
Leverage business partner requirements to receive, sort, and deliver monetary and non-monetary items in Inbound Operations and across the Midwest campus
Collect and prepare outbound packages for pick-up by external vendors
Ensure accuracy and timeliness to meet all compliance and regulatory requirements
Sort incoming customer mail by zip +4 utilizing high-speed equipment
Perform package reconciliation for all incoming overnight mail
Ensure timely completion of all customer requests and administrative duties
