Requirements

Candidates typically possess 5+ years of related experience, including at least 2 years on large-scale, technically complex projects, familiarity and experience working within the SAFe Framework as an IT Project Manager, scrum master, or related mentorship role, knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodology, and demonstrated success in working across multiple teams of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Senior Release Train Engineer will serve as the ART conductor, leading the appropriate use of SAFe principles, ceremonies, and tools for a moderately complex program, facilitating PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process, actively coaching and mentoring technical teams, scrum masters, and business partners in Lean-Agile practices, helping teams refine value streams, coaching teams to identify and remediate dependencies, orchestrating program-level processes, working with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment, driving relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops, ensuring teams maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery, and making decisions on moderately complex issues exercising discretion and judgement. They will also foster Communities of Practice and the use of engineering and Built-In Quality practices, and create collaborative environments resulting in aligned decisions among program, technical, and business teams.
