A strong understanding of interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into actionable guidance is essential. The ideal candidate can communicate clearly and confidently to various audiences, is detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture perspective, and can work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of deliverables. Experience supporting or working with global teams and navigating ambiguity to develop new policies and frameworks is also required.
The Senior Regulatory Governance Analyst will shape and refine compliance frameworks, operating models, and governance structures. They will develop and support compliance metrics and reporting, conduct regulatory gap analyses, and lead policy and framework development. This role involves advising cross-functional teams on regulatory expectations, designing and delivering compliance training, and supporting resiliency planning. Responsibilities also include facilitating risk assessments, monitoring remediation plans, preparing reports for senior leadership, and monitoring regulatory landscape changes. The analyst will manage responses to regulatory inquiries and audits, track compliance initiatives, build collaborative relationships, and provide mentorship to peers.
