Candidates should be adept at using mobile and email campaigning to talent communities and possess strong communication skills for phone interviews and candidate management. Mentorship capabilities and innovative search techniques are preferred.
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent. This includes conducting detailed job scope conversations, reviewing applicants, building recruitment marketing campaigns, and sourcing candidates through various channels. They will also solicit referrals, utilize proprietary software for talent community engagement, and connect with talent through multiple media. The role involves providing tailored value propositions, preparing candidates for interviews, and ensuring timely updates on application status. Responsibilities also include conducting professional phone interviews, assessing candidate fit for the role and team, and potentially issuing and evaluating skills tests.
