The role involves providing candidates with tailored value propositions, preparing them for interviews, and ensuring timely updates on their application status. Additionally, the Senior Recruiter will conduct phone interviews, assess candidate qualifications against job specifications, consider team and cultural fit, and administer skills testing as needed. They will also mentor other recruiters and team members.
