Responsibilities

Design and execute merit-first and scalable recruitment processes across one of the most critical and competitive functions at Kraken
Partner with Hiring Managers and different teams to drive end-to-end campaigns, supporting their decision making with sound data and market insights
Act as a force of change - navigate complex environments, force uncomfortable conversations, act relentlessly in the interest of Kraken
Operate as a problem solver and force multiplier by removing blockers and delivering high-value hires
Contribute to cross-functional projects that elevate global recruiting infrastructure and help define what “great” looks like
Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to build winning strategies that deliver outstanding talent against ruthless competition in a fully remote, high-paced, and asynchronous environment
