Responsibilities
- 採用活動全般：採用ニーズの把握から候補者のソーシング、面接、オファー、オンボーディングまで、採用プロセス全体を管理。
- タレントソーシング：求人媒体、SNS、紹介会社、ネットワーキングイベントなどを活用し、特に不動産業界における優秀な候補者を発掘。
- ステークホルダーマネジメント：採用マネージャーと連携し、採用戦略や市場動向に関する助言を提供。
- 候補者選考：履歴書の確認、面接の実施、資格・経験・カルチャーフィットの評価。
- 候補者体験の向上：明確なコミュニケーション、迅速なフィードバック、期待値の調整を通じて、質の高い採用体験を提供。
- 採用ブランディング：Colliers Japanの魅力を発信し、採用イベントやジョブフェア、ネットワーキング機会に積極的に参加。
- データ管理：応募者管理システム（ATS）で正確な記録を保持し、採用指標に関する定期レポートを作成。
- コンプライアンス：日本の労働法およびColliersの社内規定に準拠した採用活動の実施。
- チームサポート：ジュニアリクルーターの業務を支援し、指導やトレーニングを提供、パフォーマンス向上をサポート。
- CSR活動：チームで企画を立案し、地域社会への貢献活動を計画・実施し、フォローアップを実施。
- その他：必要に応じてプロジェクトや臨時業務に参画。
