The position offers an annual salary system (yearly salary divided into 12 monthly payments, including fixed overtime allowance), variable bonuses based on company and individual KPI performance paid once a year, and salary review once a year in April. Salary is determined based on experience and skills, with commuting allowance provided according to company regulations.
This is an on-site position with no remote work option.
Candidates need 7+ years of recruitment experience (ideally in both agency and in-house), native-level Japanese and business-level English, experience with ATS and Microsoft Office, deep knowledge of the Japanese labor market, and soft skills like excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, organization, and attention to detail. Real estate industry experience is preferred.
