Requirements

  • 7 years or more of experience in recruitment (experience in both recruitment agencies and in-house recruitment is desirable)
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process: from understanding recruitment needs, sourcing candidates, interviews, offers, to onboarding
  • Talent sourcing: Utilize job boards, SNS, referral agencies, networking events, etc., to identify top candidates, especially in the real estate industry
  • Stakeholder management: Collaborate with hiring managers to provide advice on recruitment strategies and market trends
  • Candidate selection: Review resumes, conduct interviews, evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Enhance candidate experience: Provide clear communication, prompt feedback, and expectation alignment for a high-quality recruitment experience
  • Recruitment branding: Promote Colliers Japan's appeal and actively participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
  • Data management: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and create regular reports on recruitment metrics
  • Compliance: Conduct recruitment activities in compliance with Japanese labor laws and Colliers' internal regulations
  • Team support: Assist junior recruiters with tasks, provide guidance and training, and support performance improvement
  • Other: Participate in projects or ad-hoc tasks as needed
