Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting is required. Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools is necessary. Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition is also required. Fluency in both English and Greek languages is a mandatory requirement for this position. The role requires the candidate to be based in Greece or Hungary, Budapest.
The Senior Recruiter will lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies. The recruiter will evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements, deliver strong candidate slates, and build talent pipelines. They will keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress and partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations. Additionally, the Senior Recruiter will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search, and will act as a mentor for Recruiters and other team members.
