The Senior Recruiter is responsible for providing Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for clients, and partnering with hiring managers in a consultative capacity. Key duties include completing detailed job scope conversations, reviewing applicants, building recruitment marketing campaigns, sourcing candidates using advanced search techniques and various media, generating targeted lists of passive candidates, soliciting referrals, utilizing proprietary software for talent community engagement, providing tailored value propositions to candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, ensuring timely candidate updates, maintaining a pulse on candidate interest and concerns, and conducting professional phone interviews with probing questions.
