HackerOne is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team. This role is crucial in shaping the future of HackerOne by hiring exceptional talent across EMEA and APAC. Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle hiring for a variety of roles, with a strong emphasis on engineering and technical talent.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and thoroughly assess candidate qualifications.
  • Proactively source top-tier candidates using diverse and creative tools beyond LinkedIn.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance on hiring strategy and collaborating to ensure an efficient process.
  • Own and optimize hiring processes end-to-end.
  • Create proactive pipelines for high-volume roles.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer, maintaining consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby).
  • Become an authentic ambassador for HackerOne's mission and culture.
  • Utilize data to inform decisions and identify areas for improvement in recruiting processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in-house at a fast-moving company.
  • Proven track record of hiring technical roles, particularly software engineers.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech scale-up environment, comfortable with tight timelines, shifting priorities, and wearing multiple hats.
  • Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams such as Compensation, People Operations, and HRBPs.
  • Demonstrated creative sourcing skills to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Data-driven mindset, using metrics to guide decisions and tell compelling stories.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
