Requirements

  • MBO working and thinking level
  • 1-3 years of work experience in pharmacy or a similar position
  • Knowledge of legal requirements and guidelines for the pharmaceutical industry
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with documentation/training systems
  • Fluently Dutch and English in speaking and writing

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily maintenance of quality systems based on procedures to ensure products meet quality required by customers, regulatory agencies, and Abbott standards (including managing workflows in DARIUS, reviewing documents in DARIUS, providing user training on systems, maintaining the training system ISOtrain, and archiving)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Quality Systems (QS) processes and systems
  • Develop and maintain departmental procedures and standards relevant to your own area of focus, aligning with divisional and global procedures (potentially in consultation with other sites)
  • Actively monitor compliance with procedures and guidelines within the area of expertise
  • Support internal customer requests during audit preparation, execution, and follow-up within the scope of responsibilities as defined in procedures
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training for Abbott employees within your area of expertise
  • Support the technical requirements for training materials and their use within (IT) systems
  • Implement quality systems, policies, and procedures to ensure product quality
  • Ensure the department is inspection ready at all times
