Requirements

Candidates should possess proficiency in core QA principles and practices, including various testing types, test case design, bug reporting, and the software development lifecycle. A solid background in manual testing is required, along with experience in test automation using JavaScript/TypeScript, automation testing tools like Cypress or Playwright, API testing tools such as Postman, and load testing tools like K6 or JMeter. Excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities in English are essential. A genuine curiosity and a willingness to learn are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the project lifecycle, reviewing specifications and technical designs to ensure quality. Responsibilities include estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities, creating detailed test plans and test cases, and designing, developing, and automating tests for applications and APIs. The role also involves contributing to load testing, identifying and documenting bugs with proposed solutions, performing regression testing, tracking quality assurance metrics, and improving processes. Additionally, the engineer will share best practices and foster a collaborative environment within the team.
