About the Role

Nutrafol is searching for a QA Analyst to join our team. Our ideal candidate will combine technical know-how, critical thinking, and relentless attention to detail to ensure deliverables are top quality. We are a highly motivated, collaborative, fast-moving team with an entrepreneurial spirit and bias for action. Responsibilities

  • Manually test the Nutrafol mobile app and Nutrafol website for functional, visual, copy, and usability issues in a modified Agile process that adapts quickly to creative change
  • Find, clearly report, and track bugs and other defects in JIRA, working in close collaboration with the QA lead, product managers, and developers to solve issues
  • Test the mobile app across multiple devices and iOS/Android versions
  • Test e-commerce site across desktop, mobile, and tablet viewports and devices, as well as test across different browsers
  • Ability to quickly understand testing tasks and follow through on testing in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in manual Quality Assurance Testing of websites and mobile apps within an eCommerce environment
  • Good knowledge of JIRA and other QA/development tools
  • Good understanding of Agile workflow and development methodologies
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of developers, designers, product managers, and testers
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
  • Passionate about the customer experience, and what can be done to improve it

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Magento testing and operations

Compensation

Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 USD
