Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in manual Quality Assurance testing of websites and mobile apps within an eCommerce environment. A good knowledge of JIRA and other QA/development tools, along with a good understanding of Agile workflow and development methodologies, is required. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of developers, designers, product managers, and testers is necessary. Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills are essential, as is a passion for the customer experience.

Responsibilities

The QA Analyst will manually test the Nutrafol mobile app and website for functional, visual, copy, and usability issues in a modified Agile process. They will find, report, and track bugs and defects in JIRA, collaborating with the QA lead, product managers, and developers to resolve issues. Responsibilities include testing the mobile app across multiple devices and OS versions, and testing the e-commerce site across various viewports, devices, and browsers. The analyst must be able to quickly understand testing tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
