Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of manual software testing experience with strong analytical skills and experience in System/Application Testing. Advanced knowledge of SQL queries for data analysis and manipulation, along with a detailed understanding of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols are required. The ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, possesses a sense of ownership, and demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Comfort with ambiguity, taking initiative, and clear, collaborative communication are essential. Experience with programming languages like JavaScript or Python and healthcare domain knowledge are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Engineer will collaborate with Product Managers and the development team to understand requirements, develop and maintain test cases for end-to-end testing, and create/maintain test data across environments. Responsibilities include executing manual and automated functional and regression test cases, reporting, and documenting bugs. The role also involves collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and providing timely QA updates to project managers and team leads.
