Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role
  • Focus on marketing technology, CDP systems, and/or customer data management
  • Proven technical experience testing complex workflows, data integrations, and platform calculations in Adobe Campaign Classic and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Deep understanding of data flows, data synchronization, segmentation, and audience creation within marketing automation and CDP systems
  • Strong experience in validating data accuracy and integration quality
  • Proven track record in validating workflows, email campaigns, automated customer journeys, and cross-channel marketing automation
  • Expertise in testing audience segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content delivery in automated campaigns
  • Nice to have: Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Availability for Monday-Friday schedule, 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Manila Time (Hybrid in Metro Manila)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, data science, IT, and development teams to understand business needs and technical requirements
  • Translate these needs into test cases and ensure all requirements are met through testing
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign Classic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hightouch, Adobe Audience Manager, Internal CDP) to validate technical integrations, workflow automations, segmentation logic, personalization features, and other marketing initiatives
  • Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of testing processes, test cases, and results
  • Document any issues or defects found during testing and communicate these findings to the development teams for resolution
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing automation and CDP systems, providing guidance to stakeholders regarding testing processes, technical requirements, and quality standards
  • Continuously assess and enhance testing methodologies, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality
  • Work closely with other Quality Assurance team members within the company to align testing methodologies to wider business processes
