Requirements

10+ years of experience managing corporate, workplace, retail and/or commercial interior design projects
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or related field
Licensed Architect or in the licensure process required
AutoCAD and Revit skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
Thorough knowledge of building codes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents

Responsibilities

Manage projects from start to finish as the project leader
Utilize the company's resource groups for design, preparation of design and construction documents
Provide construction services (site visits, review shop drawings, etc.)
Serve as the key contact with the client, and their consultants and representatives
Conduct local, county, state and federal project code searches and analysis for each project
Ensure the financial success of all responsible projects by adhering to budgets and workplans
Act as a technical resource (codes and construction) to other Ware Malcomb PM/PAs
Communicate with clients, brokers, contractors, consultants, and team members
Mentor, train, and lead assigned team members
Create and lead a positive, team-oriented environment
Oversee the development of contract documents
