Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM and 360 campaign management (e.g., digital, direct mail, video, radio)
  • Passionate about CRM, DM, and digital spaces
  • Creative, solutions-oriented, organized, collaborative with exceptional people skills
  • Proficient with Office 365 suite: Visio, Excel, PPT, MS Project, and Teams
  • Experience with project management/workflow tools (e.g., WorkFront, JIRA) a plus
  • Versed in mainstream process methodologies including waterfall and agile

Responsibilities

  • Keeps projects moving forward smoothly, develops project plans for new work, ensures creative can be produced within specified timeframes, efficiently manages and communicates milestones throughout the project lifecycle, proactively mitigates risks, and adapts to changes from inception to delivery
  • Manages account/project-related meetings including weekly account status meetings, internal reviews, etc., and issues or ensures issuance of timely contract reports
  • Tracks budget for projects, ensures deliverables can be produced within specified budgets, proactively identifies risks, and escalates needs to business/agency leads
  • Aligns the project team to the work to ensure resources are available and present at appropriate times throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintains the required level of quality through every step of the delivery process
  • Manages simultaneous projects within budgetary and schedule constraints
  • Collaborates with disciplines across the agency to deliver the highest quality of work
  • If assigned, mentors junior team members on best practices of the agency and project management
  • Builds respectful, strong working relationships with internal teams (from Business Leadership to execution resources), external partners, vendors, and clients; ensures understanding and adherence to agency process
  • Optimizes production workflows and processes with a goal of constant improvement
  • Leads efficient meetings and conference calls; ensures timely conference notes and action steps
  • Champions the agency process and quality work; ensures adherence by all parties
