  • First-hand experience in TV/video, offline (KVs & print), digital, social, and influencer

  • Strong proficiency in managing diverse stakeholders, including clients, team members, senior management, and external partners
  • Skill in building and maintaining effective relationships crucial for project success and client satisfaction
  • Confidence in collaborating with multi-agency teams within Ogilvy London, the wider Ogilvy network, and WPP agencies
  • Experience building collaborative relationships with global network agencies

Responsibilities

  • Oversee integrated projects from initial client briefings to final delivery of assets, ensuring seamless execution
  • Navigate complex project landscapes, provide guidance to cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to project milestones
  • Align resources, foster collaboration among creative minds, and coordinate technical specialists to turn ideas into outcomes
  • Drive projects forward with strategic foresight, adapting to changing needs and challenges while aligning with business objectives
  • Work closely to build relationships with project team (account management, creatives, design, strategy, production, etc.) and act as the hub on projects
  • Take ownership of network agency relationships for team's projects, flagging concerns to PMO Lead to prevent negative impact on delivery and timelines
  • Lead triage on assigned clients (where relevant), partnering with wider PMO team and Managing Partners for integration and alignment on workstreams
  • Participate in conversations around the creative product, adding value and ensuring creativity is protected in project delivery
  • Manage schedules and deliver on multiple work streams across all campaign channels to agreed scope, timings, and budget, following the Galapagos working model
  • Scope out all projects and share with PMO lead and account
