Requirements

Ability to build partnerships based on trust and work with people at all levels from junior to executive

Ability to see the big picture across projects, priorities, and teams to identify dependencies, gaps, risks, and opportunities
Meticulously organized
Undergraduate degree in an area involving project management, business, research, leadership, or software development
Project management certification (PMP certification is essential), change management certification, and/or additional project management training
3-5 years experience in project management or adjacent disciplines in a fast-growing SaaS/tech company
Experience conducting needs assessments, scoping project tasks and deliverables, and creating roadmaps and timelines/Gantt charts
Experience facilitating workshops with groups and coaching individuals
Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI

Responsibilities

Lead project management for Clio’s most complex cross-functional projects, including launching new product lines, global expansion initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, and other strategic growth initiatives
Work closely with functional leaders across the business to develop project plans that align to Clio’s strategic vision and goals
Facilitate needs assessments and task scoping with workstream leaders, and continually test and validate scoping assumptions
Meet regularly with teams and stakeholders to check progress and status, remove barriers, track blockers, and enable teams to complete tasks on time
Track project elements such as tasks, meeting action items, decisions, budgetary issues, and risks
Identify and highlight dependencies and facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional workstreams
Draft and maintain project documents and project tracking tools (such as Asana)
Prepare weekly project status reports and escalate risks and gaps as required
In collaboration with senior leaders, design best practice processes, procedures, and structures for communication, implementation, and monitoring
Contribute towards the creation of project management and change management playbooks
Develop standardized templates to simplify cross-functional processes
