Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery across multiple initiatives, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality
  • Oversee $1.75M–$3M in revenue across AOR/DAOR and multi-channel digital work
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, fostering trusted and transparent partnerships
  • Lead financial processes including estimates, SOWs, reconciliations, and profitability tracking
  • Coach and support PMs and Coordinators while driving continuous improvement in delivery practices
