Requirements

5+ years of project management or program experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with managing customer and vendor budgets and forecasting project resources
Strong attention to detail
Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills showcased by strong decision making abilities
Excellent time management, strategic planning and organizational skills
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders
Understanding of Salesforce technology; Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 and/or have previous experience working on Salesforce implementation projects
Ability to document customer business requirements and translate

Responsibilities

Develop and own the client relationship throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects
Plan and drive timelines and aim for on-time and on-budget delivery with successful completion of all in scope project work
Identify project risks and develop and lead risk mitigation plans
Manage project scope and document and present change orders for out of scope deliverables
Own / host kickoff meetings, recurring touch points during the project, etc. and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders
Together, collaborate with the other team members from the Service Delivery teams during the project, allocating resources and tracking project tasks
Travel to customers on site as needed (ex: UAT, Go-Live, etc)
Ensure effective project governance by providing strong team leadership, clearly defining roles and responsibilities, and holding team members accountable for deliverables, timelines, and adherence to project standards
Mentor and coach project management team to improve delivery and encourage skill development
Support development and adherence to internal project methodology and company policies
