Requirements

Experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex AI/ML projects, including model development, AI platform implementations, intelligent automation, and generative AI integrations
Proficiency in hybrid project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, MLOps) tailored to AI/ML needs
Ability to manage project scope, timeline, budget, quality, and unique AI challenges (model performance, data requirements, ethical considerations)
Knowledge of AI project lifecycle from use case identification through model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring
Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, model training infrastructure, MLOps pipelines, feature stores, and model monitoring systems
Experience with AI applications such as generative AI, natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, and intelligent process automation
Skills in coordinating cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, business) and managing vendor relationships (AI technology vendors, cloud providers like AWS, Azure, GCP, AI consulting partners)
Understanding of responsible AI practices including bias detection, explainability, data privacy, and governance
Strong stakeholder communication skills, including status reports, executive dashboards, risk assessments, and presenting to technical/non-technical audiences using data visualization and storytelling
Ability to facilitate meetings (sprint reviews, model reviews, steering committees, AI governance forums) and translate AI concepts into business value
Experience coordinating distributed cross-functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, software developers, UX designers, business analysts) and managing daily standups/sprints
