Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional projects across Rain’s ecosystem, including product launches, partner integrations, value added service project planning and network initiatives
  • Oversee integrations with banking partners, payment processors, and strategic partners, ensuring seamless technical and operational alignment
  • Coordinate across product, business development, operations, compliance, and finance teams to keep priorities synchronized and deliverables on track
  • Build and maintain project plans, tracking systems, and dashboards that create visibility across leadership and teams
  • Identify dependencies, surface risks early, and drive resolution to maintain timelines and quality
  • Lead initiatives tied to Visa and Mastercard programs, network value-added services, and partnership rollouts
  • Support global expansion projects by coordinating readiness across markets, products, and partners
  • Establish scalable frameworks and processes for efficient execution and consistent delivery
  • Contribute to the long-term development of Rain’s project management discipline, setting standards and best practices for future growth
