Experience driving successful implementation of Flexera Cloud, Software License Optimization, and Data Platform products for enterprise customers within budget, schedule, and scope

Hands-on customer management and project management skills
Knowledge of Agile methodology and its application in leading Cloud projects

Responsibilities

Lead a team of delivery specialists across multiple client engagements
Deliver 4-8 concurrent client projects on time and on budget per quarter
Achieve target utilization, customer success, and margin metrics per quarter
Manage project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure
Conduct daily standup/scrum meetings with the project team to track progress
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing requirements
Create and distribute project status updates to relevant customer and Flexera stakeholders
Manage project plan and budget; manage project scope and change management processes
Identify, allocate, and manage project resources; identify and manage project risks and issues
Develop, maintain, and manage day-to-day client relationships and interactions with customers
Execute Quality Assurance reviews
