Requirements

Candidates must possess a BS/BA in an engineering discipline and have at least 8 years of relevant project management experience, including 3 years managing complex EPC or industrial projects. A technical degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering is required, along with 8+ years of project management experience with P&L responsibility. Experience and knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex EPC projects for Battery Energy Storage, managing execution from planning through satisfactory completion. This includes providing leadership to cross-functional teams, improving project financial performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also involve transferring completed projects to the service organization, supporting sales in acquiring future projects, participating in business improvement initiatives, and proactively documenting lessons learned.
