Responsibilities
- Identify project scope, assign individual responsibilities, identify resources needed, and develop a schedule to ensure completion of project and delivery
- Lead, organize, manage and motivate the project team and develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as the primary interface with Customer project as well as operations management; build close cooperative relationships with Customers, focused on long term partnerships
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure on time delivery in line with agreed scope of work within agreed budget
- Ensure management of the operational steady state phase of our solutions at our Customer to ensure our customers business objectives and service levels are achieved, including management of operational escalations
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- Conduct project meetings and take responsibility for project tracking and analysis
- Manage cost, cashflow, schedule, scope and risk management; responsible for overall profit of project as well as customer satisfaction
- Act as the point person for changes, updates, questions, and issues
- Identify and pursue opportunities
- Identify and communicate vital information to the design team and the company
- Shape and impact processes
- Think ahead to raise and examine problems and propose possible solutions
