Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and be a licensed Professional Engineer, with at least 10 years of related Engineering experience in roadway and/or transportation design. Prior experience with ODOT and Ohio Local Public Agency projects is preferred, and knowledge of ODOT standards and practices, including experience with the ODOT Plan Preparation and review process and preparing ODOT Cost Estimates, is required. The ability to obtain a PE license in multiple states is also necessary.
The Senior Project Manager will oversee transportation projects and technical tasks, proactively managing project budgets, schedules, and contractual obligations while working closely with clients and stakeholders. They will be responsible for project performance and profitability, including financial project management tasks such as invoicing and A/R. Additionally, the role involves designing various transportation projects, writing reports using local and state standards, attending meetings, and maintaining a safe working environment. The candidate may also collaborate to grow Wade Trim's presence in the Ohio Transportation market, perform client visits, review proposals, and assist with marketing and technical presentations.
