Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, with a minimum of 10 years of project management experience in a refinery or EPC setting, complemented by an additional 5 years in refinery or EPC operations, maintenance, or engineering technical services. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of project management processes and refinery equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

Manage mid-cap projects from conceptualization to completion, overseeing scope definition, cost estimation, scheduling, construction work package development, construction support, and project closeout. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects simultaneously within budget and schedule constraints, supporting the annual IB budget, interacting with stakeholders and subject matter experts, managing engineering contractors, developing decision support packages, participating in Management of Change and Hazop processes, reviewing design documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards, coordinating with procurement, developing construction work packages, supporting construction and commissioning, managing project information systems, and providing documentation for operations and maintenance.
