Requirements

  • 1-3 years in business support, administration, customer service, or marketing-related roles (outstanding recent graduates may also be considered)
  • Excellent execution and attention to detail: able to accurately complete tasks according to requirements, with strong sensitivity to details
  • Efficient multitasking ability: able to flexibly handle multiple concurrent tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Positive learning attitude: interested in B2B marketing and the exhibition industry, eager to learn new knowledge and grow quickly
  • Good communication and collaboration skills: team-oriented, willing to assist others, clear in oral and written communication
  • Good English written and oral expression (CET-6 or above): able to handle English emails and read English materials; basic spoken communication preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in business, management, marketing, English, or secretarial studies
  • Proactive, responsible, with neat and professional appearance

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in preparing client meeting materials, product introduction PPTs, draft proposals, and other business documents; maintain and update the sales material library
  • Client Data and System Maintenance: Accurately and promptly enter and update client information and follow-up records in the customer management system (GBS); assist in basic data sorting and analysis reporting
  • Process Coordination and Follow-up: Assist in handling contract processes, invoice applications, and other internal administrative procedures; proactively follow up on various nodes in proposal execution to ensure efficient internal information flow
  • Client Communication Assistance: Handle daily emails and phone inquiries as a preliminary interface; under guidance, conduct routine transactional communication with clients
  • Meeting and Event Support: Assist in arranging meetings, taking records, and producing meeting minutes; assist with logistics support for offline events
  • Information Collection: Assist in gathering industry insights, competitor dynamics, and the latest client information
